These are highly specialised searches requiring the most rigorous compliance to best practice. Searches at this level require a thorough understanding of the industry sector and is conducted under strict confidentiality observing the essential protocols to ensure reaching out to often limited talent pool. Only competent consultants with substantial experience in searches at this level will undertake such assignments.
We undertake recruitment at this level across industry sectors. Typically, such searches will include the “C” category positions including COO, CFO, CMO, CIO. We possess extensive experience in searches at this level in the Industrial, Consumer & Health Care, Technology, Services and Construction sectors. We utilise multiple sourcing strategies to ensure reaching out to the widest pool of candidates.
We assist clients in providing independent, thorough assessment of candidates for various human resource initiatives including recruitment, succession planning, promotions, performance management and other specific requirements. The assessment includes the use of psychological instruments.
Increasingly, progressive and high growth companies are putting their key managerial personnel through this process. The desire outcome benefits the company in achieving impactful results. On the candidate side, it provides critical inputs which adds to learning, career progression and motivation. Typical coaching assignment takes up to six months.

Our methodology is to source candidates as widely as possible, and then use our assessment processes to identify candidates who meet the clients requirements. This ensures both passive and active job candidates are included in the talent pool.

A substantial part of our effort is directed at reaching out to the talent pool in related and relevant industries where prospective candidates are likely to be located. This is a highly time consuming process but critical in ensuring a successful placement.


Successful in securing the best candidates

Our research inputs provide the depth and breadth of coverage in specific targeted organisations and allow us to engage with the prospective candidates. Many of these candidates are those who are doing well in their organisations. Hence, to be successful in securing the best candidates for the client, these candidates will be approached directly by us.


Assessed by our consultants

All candidates submitted for the client’s further consideration would have been thoroughly assessed by our consultants to determine their competencies, suitability and fit within the client’s organisation. We will provide a shortlist of up to three candidates each with a report that includes the consultant’s recommendation. Prior to an offer of employment, we will complete a full reference checking procedure with at least two relevant referees.
