Over the years, Captalent has worked with clients in recruiting key managerial talents for their leadership team.

Prior to this, Henry Lee was the Managing Director of Futurestep Worldwide Malaysia, a subsidiary of Korn/Ferry International. Futurestep Malaysia came into being in the year 2000 with the acquisition of PA Global Recruitment Services where Henry was then the Country Head for its Malaysia Practice

Henry has been in the executive search industry for over 30 years. His extensive experience in this profession has enabled him to gain the breadth and depth of knowledge in broad industry sectors. He has handled many senior level searches and is regularly asked by clients to provide consulting inputs including the assessment of candidates and executive coaching.

Prior to his executive search career, Henry was in education management, training and management development. He was Dean of Studies of Sunway College and earlier Senior Manager with the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) where he took charge of the qualification programs. Henry served the MIM for eight years after which he continued to contribute to the Institute as an elected member of the General Council for another four years.

In education, Henry took on the lead role in developing an Executive MBA program jointly with the University of Bath, U.K. The program was designed to include Malaysian course content and teaching resource. In a relatively short period of time, this program emerged as one of the most sought after qualifications. Later, Henry took on the role as Director for the joint venture PA Consulting Group and Cranfield Institute of Technology U.K MBA program. Currently, Henry is retained as a Steering Committee member and an Advisor to the Board of Directors of a private college.

Henry brings to the client over 30 years’ experience in the human capital field and his experience in leadership roles. His key expertises are in the areas of executive search, management assessment, executive coaching and leadership development.

Henry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy and Economics from Macquarie University and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
